Program Overview
Train as a Community Health Assistant (CHA) to support the delivery of Kenya’s Community Health Strategy at the grassroots level. This KNEC-examined certificate builds practical skills in household registration, health education, data collection & reporting, community outreach, referrals, and linkage to primary health facilities under the supervision of Community Health Officers.
Integrated learning: theory, community practicum, and project work.
Competencies in health promotion, surveillance, M&E basics, and CHV support.
Alignment to national community health guidelines and referral pathways.
